Rainbow Snippet - A Tested Love










Coridan and Lysander had been together from the time they were seven years old. So young. Even now they'd barely left their childhood behind. What childhood? They were born for war, did nothing but train for war. Andreas didn't know Lysander or Coridan, but that didn't prevent his grief at their fate from taking deep hold.

    1. And they didn't recognize it. Later Theron sees children playing and thinks they should be training and learning how to be adults.

    1. It's always difficult to give life to a foreign culture in such a way that the readers get a true sense of it without having the characters get didactic.
